暂无 User。点击「+ 新建 User」创建第一个内部主体，再到 Identity Management 绑定外部身份。
必填；显示名，不是唯一键——同名 User 合法共存（唯一性由 Identity 承载）。
创建后默认 active（后端创建合同无 status 字段）；编辑仅 active / inactive。
